SHIPPING POLICY
Our team aim is to provide customers a fast and reliable delivery service.
Successfully placed orders are verified and prepared within 24 to 48 hours, after which your order will be delivered to your designated address. Expect your order will be delivered within 4-10 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
We deliver nationwide, with the exception of some areas outside of our logistics partner’s delivery zones.
If your order has not arrived even after our standard delivery time, please let us know through sassyangelcollections@gmal.com.
REFUND POLICY
It doesn't happen often but in the unlikely event you’re unhappy with your order and want to return it that’s no problem! Just contact us at sassyangelcollections@gmal.com.
However, STRICTLY NO VIDEO upon opening, NO RETURN / REFUND. We will only accept returns for damaged and faulty goods that are NOT opened - this is due to health protection and/or hygiene rules. These items can be returned within 7 days from the received date, after that we will not be able to process the requested refund.
Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested for return to us within 7-14 days from the received date.
